Plan for success, one step at a time.

Your future is full of possibilities. Let us help you navigate the vast number of careers and find the best fit for you based on your interests and your personal financial goals.

High Five workshops are held in several different formats. Our team teaches in high school classrooms, guiding high school students through an exploratory exercise in planning for the future; we also hold abbreviated sessions and talks in local public spaces, which are aimed at informing parents about options for planning for their child’s future, including saving and paying for college.

At Youthentity, we believe in helping youth discover their potential through hands-on career development experiences supported by financial literacy. Our goals is to help young people find their pathways through financial planning and understanding all available educational and career options. Let’s look at all of the options and work together to develop a plan that ignites your passions and helps you meet your financial goals. Through our 5-Year Life plan, let’s “high five” your life!

Learn about work personalities, job zones, and career preparation options. Discover YOUR work personality and begin uncovering the careers best suited for you!

STEP 2: Research Career Options

Dive deeper into your career interests. Learn about the skills and qualifications needed for the career your want, and evaluate the compensation and growth opportunities.

STEP 4: Career Preparation Costs

STEP 5: Develop a Budget

STEP 6: Review Career Plan Results

Finish with a comprehensive career plan that will outline your path after high school and estimated financial outcomes when pursuing a specific career.
