Colorado Enterprise Zone Tax Credit: Donations of $250 or more to Youthentity may qualify for a 25% Colorado state income tax credit (12.5% for eligible stock and in-kind gifts), in addition to standard charitable tax deductions. Tax credits are available to both individuals and businesses, subject to annual state funding limits and eligibility requirements. Tax credits may be carried forward for up to five years. Please consult your tax advisor regarding eligibility.
