Singles Ticket – Date Night with Mountain Sprouts and Youthentity!
Youthentity and Mountain Sprouts invite you to a unique evening out on April 25th at 5:30pm!
Discover how a few well-chosen techniques can turn simple ingredients into a celebration-worthy spread. You’ll prepare tender skin-on chicken breasts with a lemon and Rosemary sauce, a simple risotto, and roasted carrots with herbs. For dessert you will bring together a simple and decadent Avocado Chocolate Mousse.

What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with one other student (if you signed up together, you’ll be with that person), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Class will run about 2-2.5 hours
Due to space, our classes are limited to 12 students.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
