— Are They Really Ready To Work? Employers’ Perspectives on the Basic Knowledge and Applied Skills of New Entrants to the 21st Century U.S. Workforce

Through our career development programs, youth develop general employability skills at different levels as well as industry-specific skills.  In the fall of 2015, we'll launch YouthReady, a general employability skills program for high school students. Working with local employers, we'll provide students with the training they need to start off on the right foot as they enter the workforce for the first time. We'll also help students find jobs by matching them with valley-wide job openings from employers who are interested in hiring YouthReady graduates.
