YouthEntity High School Program Registration

Registering for a YouthEntity high school program is a two step process:

1) complete the YouthEntity online registration, ensure that you and your parent/guardian have reviewed all of the necessary forms and submitted them, along with any tuition due. Mail your forms to YouthEntity directly at P.O. Box 1989, Carbondale, CO 81623 or scan and email them to us at

2) enroll for the class you are interested in with your school's administration.

You will not be officially registered for the course unless you complete both steps.

Some of the classes fill up quickly so registration is on a first come, first served basis.
