Registering for a YouthEntity high school program is a two step process: 1) enroll for the class you are interested in at school and 2) complete the YouthEntity registration forms and return them, along with any tuition due, to YouthEntity directly or to your counselor's office.  

You will not be officially registered for the course unless you complete both steps. 

Some of the classes fill up quickly so registration is on a first come, first served basis.

2. Print out the YouthEntity Student Registration form. This form is required for all programs.

YouthChefs & ProStart requires a small tuition fee, please ensure this is paid prior to the first class. Tuition can be mailed directly to YouthEntity at:
