Money Me is a game of self-discovery!
The game helps teachers and students meet the following Jump Start personal financial literacy standards:
- prioritizing personal needs and wants
- identifying peers and family members' attitudes and values about money
- identifying and explaining how peer pressure can affect spending decisions
Also, the game helps students identify how their attitudes about money compare to the recommended 10.10.10.70 principle for personal financial literacy which means for each dollar you earn or are given, save 10%, share 10%, invest 10% and spend 70%.
